Mr. Chaturvedi currently is Chairman of ASSOCHAM Europe, Chairman of Netherlands Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and founding Director of Europe India Chamber of Commerce, The Netherlands. He has extensive experience of about 19 years in Accounting, Indian corporate tax issues, Indian tax litigation, structuring cross border corporate acquisitions, Joint ventures in India, Dutch corporate tax issues and International tax issues.
Mr. Garg brings over 33 years of industry experience to the table. He worked as an Executive Director of "Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.", having exposure to the downstream Oil & Gas sector and has vast experience in internal audit and treasury & corporate finance.
Mr. Semwal has an experience of over 35 years in judicial work related to CIT(A), ITAT, High Court and hon’ble Supreme Court, supervision of statutory and admnistrative work of Additional Commissioner and overall tax administration , drafting of direct tax code.
Mr. Lamba has over 15 years of cross functional experience in all aspect of financial planning, analysis, review & compilation, accounting system implementation, business process analysis, budgeting & forecasting, risk management, evaluation internal control system, IFRS, US GAAP.
Mr. Kulkarni worked as Vice President- Legal and company Secretary of Thermax limited & Kirloskar Brothers Limited having over 36 years of experience in legal compliance management, risk management processes, implementing best practices and enhancing corporate governance standards, setting up of companies/branches abroad, entire work related to public issues, mentor for a company.
Mr. Lodha worked as CFO of Jain Irrigation System Limited. He has more than 23 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, supported post acquisition integration and fund raising in acquired companies, key role in demerger of food business through slump sale & raising private equity in food business. He was involved in implementing EHS standards of World Bank & for getting GREEN BOND certification for International bond issuance.
Mrs. Neha Chaturvedi is a Director of Valuecent Group. She has over 10 years of experience in HR, Admin and Finance and Interior Decoration. She holds MBA degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, BBA from ICFAI and Diploma in Interior Decoration from Institute of Interior Design, UK. With her knowledge, experience and passion she is keen to contribute to the society, especially in area of women empowerment, health & hygiene and child education.
